For use as a sunscreen. Apply generously to the face, neck and exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Apply a sufficient amount of product to exposed skin to ensure adequate protection from the sun; reducing the amount of product used will lower the level of sun protection significantly. To maintain protection, reapply at least every 2 hours or more frequently, especially after perspiring, swimming or towel drying. Use sunscreen products only as one out of many measures to protect against the sun.

Other Sun Protection Measures include: Avoid excessive sun exposure at peak hours, usually between 11 am and 3 pm
When it is not possible to stay out of the sun, keep yourself well covered
Hats and sunglasses can give you additional protection
Avoid direct sun exposure of babies and young children
Use sunscreen products protecting against both UVB and UVA radiation
Apply sunscreen products regularly to maintain the protection claimed
Apply sunscreen products in sufficient quantity on all exposed skin
